Delivery Driver ApplicationHarvester Application

Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to transport fresh flowers to our customers. This is a seasonal, 1099 position running from April through mid-October. The ideal candidate is punctual, careful with perishable and fragile products, and comfortable interacting with customers when making deliveries. You will represent our farm on the road and ensure flowers arrive in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

-Safely load, transport, and deliver fresh flowers in buckets of water to customers within a 200-mile radius of the farm in Chickamauga, GA

-Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and handled with extreme care

-Switch over flowers to customers’ buckets and provide friendly, professional customer service

-Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the farm vehicle

-Follow all traffic laws and farm safety standards

-Communicate promptly with the farm regarding delivery status or issues

Schedule: April through mid-October

Mondays:~3:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Tuesdays:~9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Thursdays:~9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation: $18/hour, 1099 contractor position, No overtime

Requirements:

-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

-Comfortable driving a large cargo van

-Reliable and punctual

-Comfortable driving long distances and navigating rural and city roads

-Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely

-Attention to detail and care in handling fragile, perishable products

-Comfortable with occasional customer interaction

Harvester

We are seeking a part-time seasonal Flower Harvester to join our team during the growing season. This position is hands-on, physically demanding, and central to the flourishing of Creekside. It is well suited for someone who enjoys focused, repetitive work and takes pride in precision, care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

-Harvest flowers using clippers provided by the farm

-Maintain high quality standards, including uniform stem length and consistent bunching

-Work efficiently during fast-paced harvest windows

-Lift and move buckets of flowers and water as needed

-Perform repetitive harvesting tasks with attention to detail

-Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule:

-Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM

-Seasonal: April through mid-October
Compensation: $18/hr, 1099 Contractor

Physical Requirements

-Standing and bending for the duration of the shift

-Repetitive hand and arm movements

-Lifting and carrying buckets of flowers

-Comfortable working outdoors

-Comfortable with repetitive, focused work

-Self-motivated and able to work independently

-Punctual and reliable

Experience

-Prior flower farm or agricultural experience preferred

-Quick learner with a strong work ethic
